Excellent communication prior to the inspection (which had to be rescheduled a couple of times b/c of inclement weather). Friendly, courteous, and professional Senior Inspector, Tom, did a thorough inspection to diagnose our mice problem, and took as much time as was needed to answer all of our questions and come up with a treatment plan, which was implemented right away.

Heard noises in the attic so called for inspection. Jason came out same day and did a thorough inspection and didn't find anything inside the attic. He went on my roof and inspected that and looked around my house. He followed up on Monday and came out to check my roof again and confirmed that he thought it was birds on my roof and not inside my home. This company came across as honest and committed to customers. If I do have issues in the future I wouldn't hesitate to call.
