Really great first experience getting an oil change for my new Toyota at Sheehy. They provided a Lyft, complete with tip, back to my office and then back again in the afternoon. Free car wash, short video of the services they provided, even a personal tutorial on re-syncing my phone to my car. Awesome experience!
I recently bought my dream car with Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg. I had the chance to work with Zach and he was great! He was understanding of what i wanted and was not pushy or forceful with anything i expressed that I did not want. I loved working with zach and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy from Sheehy. He made my first time buyers experience exciting, easy, and the least stressful as possible.
Came in for an oil change and tire rotation appointment . Was expected to wait 2+ hours but the dealer was able to get it done faster. Service associate was very helpful and explained to me everything i had questions about.
