Last weekend I brought my Cavalier to see Nicole at Shaggy Shears Pet Grooming for the first time. I explained what I liked when my girl was groomed, and Nicole took note of all I asked to be done, and NOT to be done. When I picked up, my pup looked amazing, seemed comfortable, and was obviously well taken care of. Nicole then told me she wanted to show me an area of concern. Thank God she did. It was an abscess in an area I would not have found until it was causing real trouble. We visited the emergency vet the next day, and the abscess was drained - requiring sedation. This is the best pet grooming business I’ve ever had for my dogs . The time Nicole and her staff take is by far the best . This business deserves recognition for the time she takes with the cats and dogs .

I have never been so relieved to discover such an amazing group of totally dedicated individuals who simply 'charmed the socks off' both my fragile rescue and me, a super apprehensive dog mom.
