Dr Kim and his crew are all awesome. I'm always treated with such great care and professionalism at every visit from every person in the practice from the front desk to the assistants and Dr Kim. Today's visit was just another time of reinforcement of all my other positive visit experiences. I'm a baby with pain and anxiety over my dental care but I am always given such care and attention for even the most simple procedures. I moved here to Fredericksburg last September and found this practice soon after. I've been very happy with them and highly recommend them!
I had my first visit to River Club, Of course I was nervous as any normal person would be visiting the dentist let alone a new dentist, Alisha made my appt via email getting me in fairly quickly! Dr Kim actually took me back first and let me know they were gonna start with exams and X-rays, then the cleaning. They made me comfortable as possible, after my cleaning which took no time (thank goodness) the girl (I didn't catch her name :/ who did the cleaning showed me a before and after picture of the cleaning which was pretty neat, they explain everything they do and show you pictures. They are very professional and would recommend them! Thanks for making my first experience comfortable and easy! I will definitely return!
