The staff, including nurses and receptionists, are always helpful, patient, and professional. Patients appreciate the quick, efficient visits that never feel rushed. The doctors are compassionate, kind, and thorough, ensuring all concerns and questions are addressed. With a long-standing reputation, the practice provides a welcoming environment and excellent care for patients of all ages.
Receptionist was extremely helpful and patient with me! Nurse was very patient with my 92-year-old father and Dr. Harpe was wonderful! Talked slow and repeated herself until my dad understood and then turned and made sure all of my concerns and questions were taken care of.
Dr. Hernandez is a caring, compassionate, competent doctor. I highly recommend him. Staff is courteous and helpful. I have been an outpatient with this clunic for over 30 years. It was formerly Rappahannock Family Physicians.
I have been a patient for a few years now. I was not pleased when I first started but once Mary Washington took over it has been much better.The Physician I see is Erin Stewart. She is very professional and caring. I’ve had several Physicians before that just try to rush through things and send you on your way, but she listens to your concerns and helps you address them the best she can. A+ Physician !
