Have used this company twice and am very happy with the service. Needed a toolbox opened, and they were able to do that in short order. Also needed a couple of keys cut and programmed for my truck, and that was done in a few minutes. Excellent service.
I live in Fredericksburg off of Rt 17, about 8 miles from Profesional L & K. I have gone there in the past because of various lock and / or key issues (malfunctions) and consistently received
Excellent ( expert) advice. I could have gone to lowes ( only 2 miles ), but it seems the expert advice has evaporated.
With Professional, I brought in an older front door passage lock. They could have sold me a new one, but instead, two of the workers spent time, and i was told and explained in detail that the lock function was working properly that it might have jammed once, but assured me that I didn't need a new lock. These guys are awesome and down to earth I needed my new keys cut no programming or anything extra just cut to match the one that broke and everybody else wanted to charge over $50 bucks to just cut a key that I provided but these guys charge the same as it to get a house key made love the service guys
