Thank you to the staff at Professional Lock and Key, they did a great job cutting the keys for my Tundra. The first copy from my key didn't work right, so they went online and got the code for the key, cut the blank and made sure it worked, made me the extra copies from that, and they all work great. I originally went to the automated key machine in a super store and it scanned my key and wanted to charge me 70 some odd dollars for two keys because it said they had the security chip in them, and would be mailed to me in several days. The keys do not have a CHIP in them, they are 2001 regular keys. Professional Lock and Key laughed and wondered how many people purchase their keys from there at that price when there is no special key required. And same hour service, and are there LIVE.
Highly recommend speaking to Ocean or Jay at Professional Lock and Key if you’re anywhere near the Fredericksburg area. They were great to work with, and their safe moving/installation crew is top notch! They cared for our concrete stairs and unfinished basement as if they were working on a marble floor of a mansion. Fast, efficient, helpful at explaining features and explaining combination change procedures, I couldn’t have asked for more. The banter between the two was entertaining and they didn’t mind me watching the process and hovering over the work area. 5 stars. You owe it to yourself to speak to them about your next AmSec vault!
