Robbie Young did a fabulous job, on short notice, to help us prepare our house for sale. He patiently explained every step of the carpet cleaning process, using special shampoo for our wool carpet vs synthetic. He was especially careful with his equipment since we had just had our walls and trim painted. He was efficient and professional in every way -- from the point of first contact to the completed project. PLUS, we had 45 steps on our three staircases, which he accomplished with ease.
