Our chocolate lab was just treated to a bath and de-shed at Beauty in the Beast and our beast, indeed, came out beautiful! Not only were all of those clumps gone, replaced by a wonderful-smelling cleanness, she seemed very at-ease and untraumitized by the whole experience! Last week, she had her nails cut and teeth brushed. Diva highly recommends Beauty in the Beast and really likes the humans there.

I took a one year old mix of Bernese Mountain Dog, Dalmatian, and German Wire Haired Pointer in. She had never been groomed professionally and I was at my wit's end trying to brush her multiple times daily, vacuuming the house also multiple times daily. The mats were beginning to form beneath her five inch coat. What a mess. These guys took her in and didn't blink. Said it would be a three or four hour job. A little more than four hours later they called. I was amazed at the transformation. While I loved her long hair it was not sustainable. She is a beautiful pup. I highly recommend Beauty in the Beast. My standard poodle is very nervous to get groomed, and Tom did an amazing job. My pup came home calm and happy, and that has never happened at another groomer. He also looked fantastic!
