“I called ASAP when I had water leaking from the dining room light. They came out right away and were able to accurately diagnose the problem in no time! Water was leaking from the upstairs bathroom and has been for a while! I called my insurance to make a claim and Michael from ASAP handled the estimate and pictures required for the claim. Michael was very responsive to my questions and made the whole experience very easy for me. From the day I called for the initial inspection, it took them less than a week to come in and start repairs. They not only handled the plumbing, but they fixed the drywall, painted, and replaced everything back to it's original place. Most companies I have dealt with in the past will only handle the plumbing and I would have to call another company to fix the drywall and put the bathroom back to it's original state. They explained the process of the piping replacement from digging through the floor slab to post pipe replacement leak testing and sealing the floor back with concrete. They were very accommodating and answered any questions I had about pipe damage and replacement, and area maintenance around the pipes. With such a disruptive and apprehensive experience as this, they made it as comfortable and reassuring as possible. They did a great job and finished within the estimated time. “Called during the weekend about getting a hose bib replaced (not a rush job). I tried to DIY but wasn't in my skill set. Got a call back Monday morning, appointment scheduled for Thursday morning. Plumber showed up right on time and was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and overall great guy. Ended up having both hose bibs replaced (on my own accord) and a valve was added for easy shutoff at no extra cost. He showed me the old units and the failures (burst hose bibs). “Replaced one of our HVAC systems. We found DM Select to be very transparent in their assessment of our old unit, which was spewing chlorine-smelling odors to the outdoors. The tech let us view his testing methods and see the severity of the problem on his meter. All the techs that we dealt with at DM Select where very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions. We were able to get a replacement of our old unit the very next day, which was important since it was a cold December day and night. Our upstairs unit had to handle the load all by itself, albeit sub-optimal to having both units working. We highly recommend DM Select.“
