“This was the first time visiting this establishment. Our dog is usually very anxious about being separated from me and about baths in general so I usually try and do it at home. I had a deal for this particular place and we decided to give it a try. I met the owner Angela who was very empathetic to our concerns and explained the services and requirements. I didn't realize I needed my pet records but they were patient as I pulled the records up online from my vet. I explained my dog's anxieties and she placed her with an employee that would recognize the signs of anxiety and be patient with him. I loved that they had availability as a walk in client. When I picked up my dog it was absolutely apparent that he was washed and clean and nails trimmed. His markings and white fur sparkled and stood out. He smelled so good and he was happy and not stressed out. I spoke with the employee, Alisha, who had cleaned him and she said he only became anxious if he couldn't see out the window to look for me so she worked with that instead of trying to turn him. We are very pleased with our experience at this business and will definitely return and recommend them.“
