Perry Aire Services is the best! I have a rental property and my tenant called me on a Sunday about a small leak that we thought was condensation on some ductwork. I called just to leave a message for Perry Aire thinking they would call me on Monday but in a matter of minutes I got a call back and they were able to schedule someone who could come out on Monday. Rey came out to assess what the problem was and we realized that it was a pipe and not the ductwork. They would need a plumber to fix the leak. Perry Aire Services saved the day after a previous plumber left us needing emergency repairs. Brendan was highly knowledgeable, professional, and efficient in diagnosing the problem and working with us on a plan to solve the problem. The work was done with excellence and there is also a warranty on the job, which is greatly appreciated!
