I cannot express to you how much Jax is VITAL to this company! I came in from out of town and was nervous about using another kind of spray machine than I normally do, and Jax completely reassured me of everything, including what combos to use (btw that double color mix suggestion was SPOT ON). The amount of knowledge of products and amazing personality was what really sold me. Definitelyyyyyy ask for Jax when you’re in there!

I LOVE this store. The management and associates are so welcoming and super friendly. I always look forward to going into this store. I am greeted by a warm and friendly PBT associate. The beds are always spotless and clean, in fact the store is always clean. I highly recommend this store. It's always a top notch experience when I tan. I use my tanning package at other PBTs in Northern Virginia and the level of customer service I receive does not compare to the PBT on Carl D. Silver Parkway. The stores in Northern Virginia lacked cleanliness and the people were not nearly as friendly. Go get a tan at Palm Beach Tan in Central Park.

Clean, friendly staff and hardly ever any wait time. The monthly membership is definitely worth it and priced reasonably. It's about $80 a month for the middle package with unlimited tans. I take advantage of the frequent promotions for free upgrades a few times a year as well.
