I would encourage you to come out and give their free TKD classes a try to make sure it's a good fit for you. I shopped a bunch of martial arts studios in Spotsylvania and Fredericksburg and this definitely fit the bill for what I was looking for- a place for my 4 year old son to get introduced to martial arts and to have fun while learning some discipline.I highly recommend this place!-Chris

After our last Dojang shut down, we interviewed several Taekwondo programs in the area. We were instantly impressed with the knowledge and superior teaching skills Instructor Jonathan brings to the table! With my husbands background in martial arts, it was important to find a school that held quality standards and expectations... But the children dont miss out on the FUN and engagement! We have been delighted at how our children have been growing and learning. Both kids have created and stuck to a daily at home practice regime. I even decided to jump in and give it a try!
