“Gina one of the therapist there was amazing with my dad. She was stern but very caring because she wanted nothing but the best quality of care for him. Charlie is another one of my favorites as well as some of the techs. We had to fly my dad out to Sheppard Rehab in GA, I must admit I wish he didn't have to go there. He made more progress at encompass then he is at Sheppard. At least I can say he was moving forward at Encompass. Now he's moving backwards at Sheppard. I wish encompass could keep their patients for at least 60 days.“
