Trae Taylor, owner of Peak incentives, made a Herculean effort to provide me with pricing and options so that all my partners would be happy with the final product. Ordering was easy and Trae made sure to clarify the numbers before placing the final order with his manufacturer. All jackets arrived on time and as promised. Pricing was very reasonable and seemed even more of a bargain when the high level of customer service was considered. I am glad Trae took the time to show us the options (e.g. vest, pull over, zip front) because many of my partners wanted different styles. I thought it would be a big hassle to mix and match styles based on previous purchases with other vendors. But Peak Incentives told me it would not be a problem at all so everyone was able to get the style they preferred. Believe it or not I am wearing one of the fleece jackets I purchased as I type this review. I wear the jacket to work on a regular basis. It lives on the floor of my office, the trunk of my car and on the grass of the local soccer fields. My wife washes it at least once each week and it still looks great. There is no sign of the usual pilling that occurs with lower quality fleeces. I have made several visits to the Peak Incentives offices since first becoming a customer. Their products are top quality and their pricing is competitive. And despite the fact that the size of the orders I place pale in comparison to most of their customers I always receive excellent service.“
