If I could give this business 0 stars, I would! Raven has a very nice vibe, and the hair looks great when she is first finished! Unfortunately, the micro link extensions I got put in by her, would not stay tight for not even hardly a week. I had to pay for a tightening $125 after spending $800 for the install by her mistake! Even after my hair was tightened my back two wefts are still coming out and it has only been 5 days and I started noticing it on day 4! I contacted raven as this was a huge inconvenience as I paid a great amount of money and she would only refund me $15. I’ve never had such a poor customer service experience while addressing a complaint, especially after spending almost 1,000. Raven did advise she could tighten them again for 3 but I should not have visit a salon 3 times in less then a month for a 700 service that is meant to last 6-8 weeks. I found her attitude to be extremely poor! Don’t open a business if you can’t afford your mistakes.
