Booking the appointment online was very easy, uploading vet records and choosing which services we needed couldn’t have been simpler. Morning of drop off the staff was quick and efficient. Paper work and payment mostly all done prior to drop off. We used the Ashland location and couldn’t be happier with the care and services provided to our puppy.
I booked an appointment for my Barney dog on Monday afternoon for 4/11. I got a text in about an hour letting me know they had an opening the next morning. I accepted and arrived to our appointment. The Vet Tech came out to greet us. She was so friendly. The front desk lady was super friendly too. She even checked to see if Barney really needed the “aggressive dog fee”. He didn’t and saved me $50! Since I live out of town, the let me know the earliest that I could come get him. What a wonderful experience. I plan to recommend this clinic to anyone looking to spay/neuter their pet!
I’ve had both of my dogs spayed/neutered at the Virginia Kincheloe Spay/Neuter Clinic and both of my experiences have been wonderful! They do an amazing job of coordinating the check-ins and pick-ups and as long as you (the pet owner) have read everything that is posted online and have all your required records with you, the check-in process goes smoothly. Everyone there is super friendly and it’s obvious how much the staff cares for cats and dogs as well as the pet owners. I appreciate the work that each staff member does in caring for the community’s cats and dogs. My pups had great experiences at the clinic and I’d highly recommend the clinic to anyone looking to have their pet spayed/neutered. The clinic is both friendly and affordable and they do vaccinations, too! 🐾
