Jim, is an honest small business owner that makes a personal connection with his customers. His crew worked extremely hard to replace a dishwasher and set up a sink faucet while he worked on replacing my hot water heater. They were polite, professional and very timely. I would highly recommend them in the area to anyone that I know. I will absolutely use them in the future.
