Edit: Unfortunately after my third visit I have to change my review to one star due to the fact that it's sweltering hot with no AC. It's so uncomfortable and I think disrespectful not only to your paying customers but the staff as well. I no longer feel comfortable bringing my elderly mother in law or daughter here anymore due to this!!! If you or anyone in your family has any respiratory issues do NOT come here. This is nothing against the staff who are wonderful but the owner clearly does not care!!

Got my haircut yesterday by Casey@ the Fredericksburg location. My appt was supposed to be with Shanna who I was told "left early", even though she had a confirmed appt with me. Quite rude! Casey was nice enough but did not listen to a word I said. I told her I wanted layers and top long. I wound up with a short man haircut. Will it grow..yes.. but never again.

They are worst at getting instruction and also they don’t know how to cut hair. I don’t ever recommend anyone to go to this Salon full inexperience, clueless, and rude people if you go you would miserable with your hair
