I never thought I'd be the type to get excited over clean carpets, but that's exactly what I am now! Service was thorough and quick, and more than worth the price. Jim and his partner were very personable, which was a cherry on top. I'm telling everyone I know to go with Inside Out!
Pros:
- On-time, and friendly.
-Home carpets were well cleaned.
Cons:
- Stains on the rug was not removed. When I contacted them about it on Facebook messenger, I was ignored, which is not a good business practice to keep customers!
- There is an extra charge of $40 per room to remove small pee stains.
I paid $240 for cleaning 2 small rooms, 1 medium size bedroom, 1 living room, 1 small hallway, 1 stairs and a small rug, I left $30 tip.
Jim and his partner did an amazing job as usual on the carpet. Had some pretty tough looking stains that came out but I knew the red wasn’t coming up. Definitely the best carpet cleaner in the Fredericksburg area.
