I stopped by H&W after a long drive a few days ago and I should have played the lottery... as this was a very lucky decision. I get massages very regularly and this was one of the best I've ever had! The dry work at the beginning over the towel, Long, slow firm movement with oil.. felt a little like Lomi Lomi and the intuitive stretching after that was fantastic... I wish I remembered her name, but I will find a reason to visit Fredericksburg again very soon. Very clean, friendly people. Good vibes and excellent massage! Thank you :)

Great experience and a 5 star massage! The facility is meticulously clean and Amy the manager speaks good enough English to evaluate your massage intensity preferences and carry on a pleasant conversation. The hot stones were great! Most important, warm towels were used to remove any massage oils so you don't leave there feeling greasy...LOL. These attentions to detail make it a great, professional atmosphere! I highly recommend H&W Spa.
