“I had recently had a contractor install a 12"X12" cedar pergola on my patio in my backyard. I felt it necessary to have a gutter system to direct the water from the patio into my flower beds. I got four estimates: $1595; $1,844; $8,000; and Jim's estimate. The only difference was the three estimates were with larger companies and dealing with sales representatives and instructed me I needed gutter guards. Jim's estimate was less than 1/2 of the lowest bid and told me I did not need gutter guards. Jim's work came with a 3 years workmanship and 15 years materials guarantee. The workmanship and quality of the gutters are outstanding!! Dealing with Jim and his wife to schedule the work and completing the project was seamless and they were very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend J & K gutters to anyone and will go nowhere else if I have any gutter needs.

Did some more research, and found Robert who came out right away, gave me a fair and reasonable estimate. Robert was very pleasant and honest. To date we have had him replace our roof twice, due to storm damage, and because we were impressed with the work done and his employees, we also had him replace our siding and trim on our home. “Aegis is one of the finest companies I have had the privilege to deal with - two years ago I had several shingles that the wind was lifting up - with a storm on the way I called Aegis and they were there within 2 hours and glued them down - unbelievable!! Yesterday we had 40 mph winds that blew a piece of facia half off and left it flapping and banging against the roof and house - again I called Aegis at 4pm and they were at my house by 1pm the next day to secure it back in place - I asked for an estimate to replace all of it with new using screws - Donald suggested to just secure the existing with screws in the spring - when I asked how much I owed them for today - they said Nothing!!“

“We had siding installed on our house last month. Elias and his crew did an excellent job replacing cedar siding with Hardie Plank. They showed up early each day and stayed each day until 5:30 or 6:00 pm. They are true craftsman and were most concerned about making sure the installation was correct and proud of the work they do and it showed. They also determined that one of our walls was completely rotted underneath our deck and made sure that the issue was resolved by adding additional support to the structure and new plywood put in place before adding the new siding. We will be using Ray’s over the coming years for other things we need. It can be difficult to find good companies these days and Ray’s Siding is one of the good ones!“

“I have needed a shed roof for about a year. I had contacted other roof companies with little to no luck. I received a flyer in the mail and contacted Roofworks of Virginia and spoke to Mary near closing time. She provided good information and was very pleasant and courteous. The next day I received a call from Vincent who scheduled an estimate for Thursday May 9, 2024. He phone on Wednesday May 8 and was in the area and could stop by if I was available. (I'm used to getting calls to reschedule for a later date... Not an earlier one) He provided a very reasonable and detailed estimate and i agreed to the job. The next day TJ contacted me and informed me his crew is available Tuesday May 14. Two workers, Eduardo and Elias arrived as scheduled and began working immediately. They did a great job from start to finish and even trimmed some tree limbs that were hanging over the shed. They informed me as well as showed me some plywood that did not need to be replaced and allowed me to decide. The next day Vincent phoned and provided me a updated price for the job which reflected cost savings for not replacing all of the plywood. Very impressive. Some businesses might not be so upfront. I highly recommend Roofworks for any roofing needs. Form beginning to end a very pleasant experience and extremely prompt.“

We not only rec'd competitive pricing but also information about submitting the roof replacement to our homeowners insurance for a discount, other roofing companies did not mention this to us. The email received for the job was very thorough. We rec'd the quote, signed the contract and they start 4 days later. They were fast and efficient completing the job in one day. Clean up was excellent and there was no evidence left on our property that we even had a roof replacement that day.
