After contacting Hal, he responded quickly and we set up a time for him to meet and look at the project.He was prompt to show up at the agreed time and gave honest opinions to what would be appropriate. We decided to use LVT and redo the carpet on the steps. He gave us the number for Your Floors to make choices on color.After choosing the product, we received the contract.
