I highly recommend Fredericksburg Family Dentistry. I have been seeing Dr. Najafe since we moved here from NC and he is the most gentle, respectful dentist. The other day he was showing a new assistance how to clean the cement off of my tooth after installing a temporary crown. I almost cried to hear him tell her, "Be very gentle, don't just scrap it hard, clean it as if she is your mom, or your sister, or your child, or a little girl. Be very gentle." This is really how he is with his patients. When I was little, I had a dentist named Dr. Neal and he was this same way. Give them a try if you need a dentist in Fredericksburg.
I can't sing the praises of this dental practice enough! They've been my dentists since 2010 & I'll never look around for another dentist! The first time they "bowled me over" with their attention to customer service was when I waited around 40 minutes for my appt. I inquired about the delay & was informed that they had an emergency patient that they had to work in that day. I understood, so decided to try to be patient. Much to my surprise, they gave me a $10 gift certificate to Panera's! That level of care has continued to this day--I was there today replacing a worn-out crown & I asked for some prescription Prevident toothpaste as I was leaving. When I went to the front desk to pay for it, Dr. Najafe had told the front desk to make it complimentary! They are the best!
