I cannot say enough about my experience with Four Paws in Massaponax. I have a big boy, his name is Leo and he’s a Rottie and at the original vet, he was being sedated for everything, and I didn’t want that anymore. I looked into Four Paws, walked in and talked to Courtney and explained my situation and she was so nice and comforting and told me to bring Leo in for happy visits. So I did, for 3 weeks I brought him it on Fridays for love and treats and cuddles, he was hesitant at first but the ladies were awesome! My first time taking my two cats to a vet since moving to VA; this was a great choice. Prompt, friendly, thorough treatment of my kitties with plenty of time for me to ask questions. The physical layout is also relaxing and comfortable. A very good experience all around.
Receptionist (Kelly) was really friendly and they veterinarian was able to squeeze in an appointment when my pup needed to be seen. The new client onboarding process was really easy. An added bonus is the sign out in the front with the puns.
