Steve is a true professional. I called him to help me with a leaky shower due to the shower pan being too low to the ground. He came over, assessed the situation and came up with a plan to replace the shower pan and the surrounding tile and door. He did all of that in a timely manner. He ensured the work site was always kept clean and free of debris. He kept me apprised of his progress along the way. He answered all of my questions. He did a superb job. I am now able to enjoy my shower as it should have been. I would highly recommend Steve and his company to anyone looking to do any bathroom remodeling.
I've waited almost a year before writing this review because I wanted to see how our master bathroom remodel would weather its first 10 months. We had DreamMaker do an extensive remodel that included completely removing the spa tub, widening the bathroom entry door to 36", widening and extending the shower, opening up the toilet area, replacing all cabinets, re-tiling the floor and shower, and adding 2 electrical outlets. First, I have to say that we also had 3 proposals from other companies to do this work, and Steve provided the most comprehensive contract that specified the price of everything, whereas the other companies did not. We had a wonderful experience with DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen. Steve was great to work with from the beginning, setting expectations and communicating so I always knew what was happening. He took time to answer all our questions. Was very timely in providing a quote and rendering for our kitchen remodel. We took our informal dining and kitchen area with old w/d closet and turned it all into an amazing kitchen with tons of counter/work space and storage. Bruce, who is his main construction worker was so nice and kind, a great person to have around the house every day (and even was great with our young kids).
