I’ve been taking my 87 year old mother, who is very hard of hearing to Dr. Thomas for years and we have never had any complaints. He’s one of the very few doctors who will take his time and explain the whole visit in detail. My mom has astigmatism and he make sure that she gets a good prescription every year. When my mom needed cataract surgery, both Dr. Tsai and the manager Elizabeth came in to explain the surgery as well as make sure that they would get a surgeon who takes her insurance. Dr. Thomas Tsai and his staff are all top notch. In my opinion, he is one of the most thorough optometrists in Fredericksburg and he truly cares about his patients. I have been a patient of Dr. Tsai since 2017 and I see no need to ever look elsewhere for my optical needs. Awesome work Dr. Tsai & Team!

I found Dr. Tsai to be very knowledgeable and likeable. He shows a genuine interest in his patients. He was recommended by my daughter and I would definitely recommend him to others. His office staff was also very welcoming and accommodating. As I left, I felt totally satisfied with the attention, respect, and thorough care I received. I will return.?
