We not only rec'd competitive pricing but also information about submitting the roof replacement to our homeowners insurance for a discount, other roofing companies did not mention this to us. The email received for the job was very thorough. We rec'd the quote, signed the contract and they start 4 days later. They were fast and efficient completing the job in one day. Clean up was excellent and there was no evidence left on our property that we even had a roof replacement that day. I recently had Columbia Contracting come build a screened in porch for my residence. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the team and the company. When I first reached out about receiving a quote, I was called within 5 minutes of me submitting online. Erwin was amazing to talk to and guided me through everything I wanted and needed. Oh and did I mention that they were 10,000 dollars cheaper than the competition? Once the work started, they were there early every morning and worked until the end of the day. Mr Serrano and his contacting team did a great job installing my new roof. He was extremely helpful, professional and patient, he explained the whole process of replacing the roof in detail, what products would be used, how long it would take and even showed me pictures of how it would look after. When I say these guys did an excellent job, I mean they really did an excellent job. The team was on time, they installed the roof the same day. They left no trash behind it was like they were never there. I highly recommend Mr. Serrano and his team to install your roof.
