I called Colonial on Thursday and the repair man called and came on Friday as I was told. When he came in, he looked at the stove, turned off the circuit breaker, to the stove, took the face plate off and looked at it. He proceeded to take it off and the went to his van, returning with the part he needed. When he had everything back together, my issued was resolved. I had a problem with this stove once before and called a recommended repair service. The first time they looked and said they didn't have the part with them.
