Quick recovery of our vehicle after the accident. Very professional, experienced and polite driver picked up our vehicle. I highly recommend Coleman Motor Company if you need your vehicle towed.
I would like to update my previous review. John, the driver who picked up my husband, was amazing! The review wouldn't allow me to change the stars when I was writing my first review (I thought the 2 stars were for the company not the person). John was wonderful, friendly and helpful.
We have since discovered that Geico was at fault in regards to their systems. Geico is always really helpful, but in this instance they left us hanging for 6 hours waiting for a tow.
We would use COLEMAN TOWING again, if needed.
Normally I would leave a good survey after service but I did not receive one so I came here to leave a review instead and hope it finds the right guys who helped me. On 7/11/24 my insurance company dispatched Coleman Towing and Motor Company for a dead battery on my car. My insurance company typically has always dispatched Coleman for lockouts or dead batteries before and I have always been pleased with their service. Unfortunately for me, my car had to be towed to the dealership rather than jumpstarted and the 2 gentleman who showed up from Coleman to assist me were fantastic.
