Childress Heating & Air Conditioning

I am a general contractor, so the various levels of professionalism that I am exposed to are from awesome to awful. And I do not write reviews often.So I will keep it simple, these guys from the boss to the field guys have been nothing short of outstanding. They came prepared to do one of the neatest installations that I have seen, in some time. Great attitudes, knowledgeable, and just all around professionals.From my standpoint these guys are the real deal. If I had personal work needing to be done, this is who I would call.

I have only good things to say about Childress, I have heard their name spoken very highly of for probably 30 years or more in the Fredericksburg area. So when the time came for us to finally part with our ancient HVAC system, Childress was the very first one to call. They visited me within a day or two, helped me pick out a new system, and just one week later, they removed the old system and installed the new system in one day. Now I have a brand new system keeping us cool and comfortable and this new system has such a high efficiency rating that it qualifies for a $2600 tax CREDIT, and there was also a nice rebate from Lennox as well. I have two old systems and after missing seasonal checks for two years, I signed up with Childress based on their reviews. DJ did a great job and found the issue with one of my systems. He gave me a quote for the repair and also offered me to options of getting a system replacement quote based on the ages of my two systems. Childress sent out two people to review our needs and provide a quote. They found an issue with the previous install of one system and gave me reasonable quotes for both. They were also understanding when I decided to do the repair for now due to other immediate needs.
