Centercare Urgent Care (Fredericksburg, Route 1)

NP Sarah was amazing. The front desk is polite and helpful, the facility is very clean and there isn't a long wait. Of all the urgent cares in the area, this is the one we'll be returning to.

Overall a positive experience. The waiting room TV is loudly playing Scooby-Doo episodes. A bit odd as there were no small children to entertain. It's a better choice than typical "daytime TV", but muting or turning the TV off is better. Everyone in the waiting room was looking at their phones, not the TV. The several sheets to fill out for patient and insurance information are not difficult but some content is entered 2-3 times on different sheets. The check-in tablets I've seen at other offices seem a better idea to prevent duplicate entries on the forms, or rely on someone to re-enter the paper forms into another system. They were phenomenal! Transparent, quick, knowledgeable, and very kind. The practitioner gave me options on medicine based on my situation and I'm already feeling better after going to another (non-Centercare) doctors office a week prior, resulting in medicine that didn't help me. Highly recommend!
