America's Home Place - Fredericksburg, VA

We have finished the first phase of the home build process of purchasing property, having the land looked at by America's Home Place, selecting a model and choosing amenities. Lastly there is the review of the bill and the final floor plan and exterior reviews. All went well. There was lots of communication and recommendations. We found the process to be very much in order, meaning you don't jump steps in order to get to something. There is a process to follow and if followed then everyone gets the right information and nothing gets missed. America’s homeplace is amazing to work with! They have been so helpful since we bought our land. Designing the house was easy and effortless. Gregg has been super helpful with talking to the power company and propane company to get us started. Can’t wait for the finished product ! Thanks guys - The Mellender’sUpdate - I just want to rave about how good this builder is ! Their customer service is far beyond any other builder and I’ve worked with Ryan and Richmond American. Americas Home Place is by far the best builder in the area if not in america. Howard , Steve and Greg are just “Good People “. They are truly a team and offer the best customer service ever! Steve goes out of his way to give you everything you dream of in your home and figures out how to make it reality. Greg is the land whisperer and knows how to place your house where it needs to be. Howard is warm welcoming and sunny always making you laugh when you need it! As you can tell my wife Pam and I LOVE these guys.? ?
