If our HVAC system has some age, Your not going to get a service tech. showing up with $$ in their eyes, giving you nothing but bad news trying to up sell you a new HVAC system. When we moved to the Fredericksburg are 7 years ago we were relying on referrals from other people for services like HVAC companies. We are so blessed to have received American Family Heating & Air as a recommendation from a neighbor and have relied on them since. They have always been very responsive, especially with the “uh oh it’s too hot in the house” calls, and with the bi annual service check ups. From day one we have never felt we were being charged above fair pricing for any parts & labor.
