No complaints really. It was quite busy and I wasn’t seen for my 3pm appointment until closer to 4pm. This seems typical of hospital clinics but I’m not sure why this was the case here as well. Room usage for specific machines was overlapped a few times with other patients. I have no issue with this but it did put a chaotic vibe in the air. It was my first visit to the place so we’ll see how a second impression goes.*I had extensive tests done for glaucoma issues
I had a the best experience at the Plank rd access eye. At reception I worked with Fashionate, who was so helpful with check in and check out. Even with the waiting room full, I was checked in in a timely manner.Dr. Surkamp was incredibly nice and explained in detail to me all the tests he did and what his recommendations were. I have had experiences where I felt like I was just another number to the doctor or provider but with Dr. Surkamp, I felt like he cared. He was patient and helped me understand any changes I need in my prescription during my exam.When speaking with Rochelle (when discussing new frames and contacts) she took the time to explain my insurance coverage...read full review
Ive been a patient of Dr. Mansouri for several years now. Not only is he an excellent dr, but he is always so friendly during every visit. The staff here are very patient and kind. Thank you for all you do!
