BUYER BEWARE - THEY STOLE OUR MONEY!!!!In 2013 Jayhawk Exteriors hired Tim Bradshaw w/Insercorp to design/host our website - they did so for 10 yrs.July 2022 Requested site be redesigned/updated. Call to discuss scheduled for 7/25 - no call/explanationAug 15 we rec’d redesign proposal & owners approvedAug 23 Insercorp to meet at our office. No show/no callAug 24 Insercorp to call & discuss site. I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to Tim Bradshaw at Insercorp! Tim has always proven to be very responsive, professional and the customer service is impeccable. My most recent dealings with Tim involved a situation where I had made an error that could have been devastating to my business - I was so upset I was in tears! But never fail, Tim to the rescue. He calmed me down and reassured me he'd make it right - and boy did he! He spent nearly the entire day working on it and went above and beyond - after all was said and done, what he fixed for me was by far superior to what it had been originally.
