The driver shown in the attached photo was driving with his tailgate down. I witnessed a gallon jug of chemicals fall over, and slide backwards towards the tailgate with every bump. I was immmediately behind him, and got on his side and honked my horn several times to get his attention before it fell out. He saw me, and then completely ignored me. The man should not be given a company vehicle if he is not capable of closing a tailgate/securing his load. I called the number on the side of his truck letting the dispatcher know Truck 10 had some things that were about to fall out. The truck never pulled over. Not only is this Frontier employee responsible for potentially causing an accident/traffic, the chemicals spilled will never be cleaned properly and will end up in your groundwater. The man should not be given a company vehicle if he is not capable of closing a tailgate/securing his load.
