Our 70-year-old home had accumulated damage to numerous small portions of the house that is not brick. Specifically, where the the slate rooflines meet, the wood facia was in bad shape. Similarly, the soffits in several places, wood trim around the windows, as well as some of the wooden shutters had aged (very) poorly. Legendary Solutions replaced everything needing repair with better materials, using extraordinary craftsmanship, and detailing, I did not think possible. Even the painting was truly incomparable. I hired Legendary Solutions to repair, then ultimately replace a leaking roof of an older home, and repair interior ceiling damage. The roof was beautifully done and the rotted wood replaced all within a cost-effective and time efficient manner.
