The vet/animal hospital I usually use has switched to a Pet Wellness Center and no longer sees sick animals, so when my cat got sick, I had to find someone to see him quickly. He hadn't eaten for 2 days, was weak and lethargic. When I called Ridgewood Animal Hospital, they listened to what was going on with my cat and worked him in that afternoon. They were very professional and the level of care they gave Oreo was top notch! I was able to get an appointment on pretty short notice and they seemed genuinely concerned about my pets health. My former practice seemed to want to do wellness visits and refer to the emergency vet clinic for everything else. This is a full service veterinary clinic.
Visiting family and Ridgewood Animal Hospital phone staff, office staff, waiting roof staff, patient roof staff, and Dr. Lane covered it all! Taught us a thing or two and most importantly got our little guy healed up and kept it moving! Heading back to have them check in again.
