Our well pump failed Saturday evening. I contacted him Sunday mid morning and he scheduled me first thing Monday morning. He arrived, as promised, and replaced the well pump and restored service by noon. As someone who does building/property maintenance for a living, I was impressed with his professionalism and the quality of his work.
I highly recommend him when you need this kind of service.
I can't imagine a better company to call when you have a problem with your well or plumbing. Keith answered my call on a Sunday afternoon and came out later the same day. He patched the leak very quickly with hydraulic cement and set up a date to fix it permanently. When he returned a week later, he said the original patch had permanently fixed the leak. No digging or rerouting the pipe was needed and he didn't charge me!! If only ALL businesses could be this honest! Don't hesitate to call Keith or Sarah the next time you need well or pump services.
Keith replaced our HVAC unit. He disseminates his wealth of knowledge as he's working. This helped me feel confident in his work and provided me with valuable information as a home owner. He's thoughtful regarding time, emergencies and finances. He has always strived to provide us with great customer service. I will always use Keith for all our HVAC, plumbing and well needs.
