I travel from Patrick County to this veterinary clinic, and it's well worth the trip. The staff here is truly outstanding—friendly, understanding, and compassionate. They are always efficient with their time and go above and beyond to provide the best care. I highly recommend this wonderful establishment.

Dr. Nicolo and his staff are top notch! My Pumpernickel is at ease with him - and anyone who has a dog knows that their perception of people carries a lot of weight! I've had my "Nickel in for routine visits as well as immediate care visits. He has received the best of care each time. I'm so thankful that we have Dr. Nicolo and his staff in Floyd.
