After having two other companies look for the problem and couldn't find it. Rohr did and fixed it.
One said " o ya you need whole new unit ". Another just changed out the capacitor that was the wrong one.
Working fine now. Thanks

Being fairly new to the community we had no idea who to call when our furnace went out yesterday morning. I read reviews and am so glad I did. David answered the phone - uncommon these days - and told my husband he would do everything he could to fit us in - the same day. David brought a great technician (I'm sorry I cannot remember her name), fixed the problem with our furnace, realized we had another issue with the thermostat and took care of that as well. I have nothing but great things to share about this company. We absolutely recommend them and will call no one else.
