I signed up for a membership with Josue, his customer service was the best I’ve received thus far at any gym I’ve been to and that made my decision easier when choosing the right gym for my family and I. He is very knowledgeable and made the process of signing up so easy without trying to upsell me. I will definitely recommend him and the gym to my friends and family !

Went to this gym (it was xsport Fitness at the time) in 2022/2023. The gym was great, location, hours, equipment and overall vibe was excellent. I live out of state and I travel overseas, so I haven't been back. I was putting off cancelling as I dreaded the thought of the hassle that they would put me through...My mistake, I called today and JOSH handled it for me without making me go through any hoops. I really respect this business for that. Corporate gyms are notorious for keeping members from being able to cancel. Decent gym. However, it's halfway broken at the moment.
Steam room - not working. Sauna - not working. Jacuzzi - not working. Swimming pool - not working.
I asked the management at least 10 times. Recently, I started hearing annoyance in their voice suggesting I should stop asking "it's gonna take a while".
Mind you that all the above mentioned facilities are out of service for over two months.
Don't get me started about the disgusting showers or broken exercise machines.
On the bright side: they have a decent selection of machines. 4 squat racks. Multiple... read full review
