Vision Essentials Optical Center | Kaiser Permanente Falls Church Medical Center

Yesterday I saw Roger Wallace at Kaiser Falls Church VA. My right hearing aid stopped working on Thanksgiving day. Within 5 business days I had an appointment to have it checked. Roger not only corrected the problem but cleaned and replaced the batteries in both hearing aids. He was very professional and efficient. He also reminded me how to take care of them at home. Another Kaiser win!! We couldn't be happier with the care we ALWAYS receive from Kaiser Permanente fir the last 41 years

I went on quite a rant yesterday about how Kaiser's check-in process was very inefficient and confusing. To my surprise, I received a call from Portia Butler this morning who is a manager at this Falls Church location. She called to hear my feedback and discuss how Kaiser could improve. She explained that Kaiser is in a transition period of how they check-in people and unfortunately I got caught up in the midst of it. She explained they are trying to make the whole process more efficient but change takes time and in my case, is coupled with frustration. I got my glasses from Falls Church I’d like to thank the optician Michael H that always helps me out and giving me the best advice for my glasses and it’s always a pleasure to go there for my appointment the whole staff are very friendly and helpful all the time.
