Would give 0 if possible. Likely scam of a company. Took my $, did not effect repairs. Techs came out 2x. First time asked where the window was? When confronted, told “our records show the job was completed” and then requested photos to show window was still broken.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Filing a claim with the better business bureau and likely taking them to small claims. Quoted, charged. Never fixed. Technicians came out 2x - first time didn't have the window to replace and said "wait, you don't have it?" Second time, took apart part of the casing - said "can't do it today, I'll be back tomorrow" and never returned. Quoted in OCTOBER, and at the end of February we are still without a window!!!!! Reached out to the company and was told "we have it marked as completed" ok cool well my window is still broken and I'm out $$$ so....

We used them to fix a broken window at our office and to install bars on our basement windows. Initially they seemed excellent, showed up right away to board up our window and their pricing was good. But then, getting them to come install the new window was tough- they took way too long and didn't show any initiative in telling us the new window had arrived. Then, getting them to install the bars on our windows was a NIGHTMARE. We had paid 50% as a deposit and we must have called them 50 times to get them to show up, and then a technician finally came for 5 min., said he needed some screws and disappeared. After calling and calling they finally came back days later, over an hour late from their service window, didn't call when they said they would, and installed the bars on one window, stood around and smoked and looked at their phone, and took off again with zero communication. From what I can tell unless you really complain and threaten legal action they will take your deposit and ghost you. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
