I give 2 stars because the local branch experience does maintain some customer service congeniality and ethics. However, their national offices are a tragic dumpster fire when trying to do anything on my mother's behalf as her financial POA. There is no efficiency when it comes to assisting my mother in navigating the digital world of banking. It would be far easier to keep her monthly income buried in her backyard.

I've been banking with united for ten plus years. I have ALWAYS enjoyed the people who work at every branch that remember me. Also the ones who are just meeting me. Tonight I showed up at the bank 15 minutes after they closed. I thought they closed at one time and I was incorrect. The lady comes to the door and says you can go to the drive-thru. I told her, well I walked over here. Thankfully she opened the door and invited me in! Small business mentality, got to love it! This is why I've been with United States for as long as I have
