I called The Plumbing Doctor (TPD) to fix a kitchen faucet that was "stuck" and would no longer rotate around the base. Harold was sent to fix the problem. He called to alert me when he'd be at my home, he arrived on time, was respectful and courteous and found the root cause of the problem. He provided clear options for resolution, and after choosing one, he immediately fixed the problem. He was a good representative for TPD and they should be proud to have him. 😀
