The support at this location is top notch! I was blown away at how Andreina cared about my goals and progress. She is watching and teaching and motivating you every second of the workout! Amazing leadership and support! This is very productive and quality time!

I look forward to my weekly Perfect Workout. Every trainer with whom I have worked has calibrated each session to incrementally advance my fitness, all the while keeping careful watch to prevent injury. Steve, my usual trainer, has gone out of his way to research and accommodate spinal idiosyncrasies, to design a personal, challenging workout for me - compressed into 20 minutes. Other trainers (notably Kenny and Lucas) have also been terrifically encouraging. Altogether an upbeat and health-filled experience.

I have been working out with the trainers at the Falls Church location for almost 2 years. People have noticed my arms and legs are toned. Initially I had no core strength and now I can stand on 1 leg without wobbling, I can leg press 275 pounds and routinely pull 70 to 80 lbs on the row and chest press. Not bad for a middle aged gal. My trainers push me hard but its fun like family now and Kenny has rhymes that make you laugh and cry at the same time. I have just renewed for another year, twice a week, 20 minutes, no lie, in and out in 30. This workout is a commitment and worth it!
