The Richard's team did a fine job of installing 2 new furnaces and 2 new A/C units at my house. They got the work done in a single day. There was a hiccup at the end that required a return visit the next day by a (very knowledgeable) technician, but no one is perfect. Altogether, I am very happy with the results.
